1. Cashiering & Store Operations:
Handle all cashiering tasks, including invoicing, receiving payments (cash, card, UPI, gift
vouchers, etc.), and daily reconciliation.
Manage book returns as per policy and ensure store cleanliness and upkeep.
Assist in opening and closing of the store as required.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained, including regular dusting and
cleaning.
2. Sales and Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in locating books and addressing inquiries.
Manage orders, coordinate procurement, and encourage customer feedback.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
Explain the membership program and encourage customer sign-ups.
3. Inventory and Display Management:
Arrange and organize books to ensure appealing displays and easy access.
Manage stock transfers in and out of the store, ensuring accurate documentation and timely
movement.
4. Team Support:
Provide assistance to team members during rush hours or busy periods.
Support store staff in sales and daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work experience min 1-5 years in Organised Retail
The profession of a qualification any Graduate
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms
Excellent computer skills or Advance Excel required
CTC
Based on experience between INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,50,000 yearly.
