As a Bookkeeper, to record financial transactions on QUICKBOOKS. It is a multi-function office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.

Entering financial data into the general ledger and QUICKBOOKS accounting software.

Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Preparing and maintaining the balance sheet and income statement.

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Handling payroll processing and associated tax filings.

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management.

Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities.

Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Assisting with year-end audits and tax filings.

This is multiple duty position that entails HR and back office duties.

Qualifications:

Absolute fluency in spoken, and writing in ENGLISH language is required.

Proven experience as an independent Bookkeeper.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in QUICKBOOKS accounting software is required.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20 to 25,000.00 per month'
