Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily sales records and update bookkeeping sheets/software.
Track cash, UPI, and card transactions with accuracy.
Generate bills/invoices for book sales and maintain proper documentation.
Manage stock registers and update book inventory movement.
Assist in daily sales reconciliation and prepare end-of-day financial summaries.
Ensure all financial entries are accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
Maintain professionalism and customer-friendly communication at the stall.
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, or billing.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets or sales management software.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work continuously for 9 days (November 22-30, 2025).
Punctual, organized, and trustworthy.
