Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented

Bookkeeper

to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support our finance team across geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and values accuracy and accountability.

?Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Process invoices, receipts, and payments Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash Assist with payroll and employee reimbursements Prepare monthly financial reports for internal review Coordinate with Australian finance team for compliance and reporting Support budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure timely renewals and payments for subscriptions and services
? Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (1-3 years preferred) Strong

computer skills

and proficiency in Excel Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) Strong Excel and data entry skills Solid understanding of

Liabilities & Assets

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills (English proficiency required)

Experience working with international teams Exposure to digital agency operations Knowledge of Australian accounting standards (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
