Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-time Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ecommerce bookkeeping and financial analysis, looking for a flexible yet challenging opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately track and manage all financial transactions related to our ecommerce operations.
• Regularly update and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, forecast cash flows, and project future account payables.
• Coordinate with team members across different departments to guarantee precise capture and reporting of all financial data.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely tracking and processing of payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Monitor financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial tracking and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial analysis, specifically within the ecommerce sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be available to work hours that overlap with US Central Time (GMT-6).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and financial analysis.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and accounting software is highly desirable.
