We are currently seeking a

Bookkeeper

to join our finance team and help manage day-to-day financial operations as we expand our business. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



General Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records for the company's logistics operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Invoice Management:

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for shipments, deliveries, and services provided. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.

Expense Tracking:

Record and categorize company expenses, including fuel, maintenance, driver wages, insurance, and office costs.

Payroll Support:

Assist with payroll processing, including the verification of timesheets, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.

Tax Compliance:

Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and quarterly estimated tax payments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. Investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate record-keeping of logistics expenses and revenue, ensuring alignment between financial data and company operations.

Software Management:

Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) to manage financial data and streamline reporting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
