We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination with

customers via calls and emails

for quotes/shipments. Notify customer of shipment status. Should have knowledge of customs-related query and free days, LC Shipment, FCL shipments, Split Booking. Works collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders to assure operational effectiveness and exceed customer expectations. Manage customer's bookings promptly. Coordinate closely with internal departments and external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for each shipment. Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements for FCL shipments. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to documentation or shipments. Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their shipments and any relevant documentation requirements. Any other job is related to the profile.

MUST HAVE:

Fluency in english. Knowledge of Shipping Line booking through their web portals. Basic understanding of Freight Forwarding and logistics. Must know how to work under pressure. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sea export/import documentation, preferably with a focus on FCL shipments. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
