We are looking for a detail-oriented Booking In Admin to manage the timely and accurate booking of incoming stock into our system. The role involves verifying delivery notes against purchase orders, updating system entries, and coordinating with internal teams for any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prioritize delivery notes based on item type (chilled/ambient).
Match delivery notes details with purchase orders in the ERP system (Odoo).
Cross-verify key information such as SKU codes, item names, pack sizes, and case quantities.
Update booking status and received quantities on MONDAY.com.
Adjust PO quantities in case of shortages or damages and document the reason.
Confirm overages or item mismatches with the supply and ECOM teams before booking.
Check expiry dates against minimum shelf-life standards and coordinate for short-dated items.
Finalize bookings by validating entries in the ERP system.
Raise claims with suppliers for short-dated or incorrect deliveries as required.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify discrepancies with product images or reports.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness during designated booking slots.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of inventory or procurement processes.
Proficiency in handling ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with tools like Dropbox and MONDAY.com is a plus

Graduation is Manadatory
