We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Booking Manager
with at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or property management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, optimizing occupancy, and delivering exceptional guest service from inquiry to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), and social media.
Maintain and update availability calendars and pricing across platforms.
Coordinate with property staff for guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
Ensure timely communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
Maximize occupancy through efficient booking management and upselling strategies.
Monitor customer reviews and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on booking performance.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a booking/reservations or hospitality support role.
Familiarity with online booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and updates.
