As a Booking Executive, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and operations team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and bookings across phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Maintain and update enquiry and booking records accurately
Coordinate with internal operations for seamless guest experiences
Support outreach and relationship building with hotels, corporates, and partners
Assist in identifying new collaboration opportunities
Requirements:
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable interacting with diverse clients and partners
Interest in hospitality and experiential tourism
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Goa's hospitality scene is a plus
