Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Booking Coordinator to manage and oversee facility reservations at our sports club located in Palda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings, maintaining schedules, and delivering excellent customer service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule bookings for club facilities (courts, fields, gym, etc.)

Maintain accurate records of reservations and availability

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a courteous manner

Coordinate with maintenance and operations staff to ensure facility readiness

Prepare daily and weekly usage reports

Collect payments and issue receipts for bookings

Address booking conflicts, cancellations, and rescheduling promptly

Provide administrative support to the club management as needed

Requirements:

Minimum : Graduate preferred

Prior experience in booking, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus

Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Calendar, or booking software)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Customer-first attitude and problem-solving ability
