(Sales) Booking Coordinator - Roles & Responsibilities



Primary Role


Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Management & Follow-ups

Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins). Respond promptly with accurate details of packages, pricing, and services. Maintain CRM records of leads and their status.

Sales Conversion

Understand client needs and suggest suitable rooms/packages. Persuade potential clients with offers, add-ons, and upselling options. Consistently meet and exceed monthly booking targets.

Customer Engagement & Relations

Build trust through professional and friendly communication. Provide venue tours (physical/virtual) to increase conversion chances. Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals.

Coordination with Teams

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked events. Share customer requirements (decorations, cakes, add-ons, timings) clearly.

Reporting & Analysis

Track daily leads, conversions, and cancellations. Prepare weekly booking reports for management. Suggest improvements in sales strategies and customer approach.

Professionalism & Discipline

Maintain punctuality and consistency in follow-ups. Uphold company values while representing the brand.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
