Job Summary:


The Booking Clerk is responsible for processing transportation bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate entry of shipment or travel details. This role involves direct communication with customers, dispatchers, and drivers to confirm availability, schedule pickups/deliveries, and resolve booking issues.

Key Duties:



Handle booking requests via phone, email, or system entry Enter and update booking information in the system Confirm transport availability and coordinate with dispatch/operations Provide booking confirmations to clients Maintain accurate records and resolve booking-related queries Should Place an order for our vehicle if there are no existing orders or available stock in the godown

Requirements:



Minimum qualification will be higher secondary pass i.e. 12th Strong communication and data entry skills Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus Must have store handling experience Should be proficient in Ms-Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
