Key Responsibilities:

Edit manuscripts for grammar, structure, and flow while preserving the author's voice. Collaborate with authors and content strategists to align content with organizational vision. Conduct fact-checking and research to ensure credibility. Suggest improvements in narrative style and readability. Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously. Aligning with the vision of the organization to ensure every edit reflects our core ideology with the audience.
Required Attributes & Qualifications:

4 to 8 yrs of experience in book editor role. (Work experience in publication preferable) Exceptional command of English with ability to simplify complex concepts Experience in editing thought leadership or self-help content. Research orientation to validate ideas and maintain credibility. Creative adaptability for diverse genres and formats. Collaborative mindset to work closely with authors and strategists. Deadline discipline for high-quality output under time compression.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
