Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate who will be responsible to manage the requirements and responsibilities for a role focused on preparing and managing Bills of Material for

Interior projects (Residential)

.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BOM Preparation & Management

Create detailed Bills of Materials for each project based on final approved drawings and designs. Break down designs into individual components (carcass, shutters, hardware, accessories, etc.). Define part codes, quantities, and materials for each item. Ensure correct selection of materials (e.g., MDF, plywood, HDF, particleboard, acrylic, veneer, laminate, etc.). Maintain standard templates for modular components

2. Coordination with Design & Production Teams

Collaborate with the

design team

to understand design intent and convert it into manufacturing-ready details. Coordinate with the

production team

to confirm material availability, machining constraints, and assembly methods. Ensure BOM aligns with shop drawings and cutting lists used on the factory floor. Communicate any design or technical discrepancies before production begins.

3. Quality & Documentation

Ensure BOM accuracy to prevent material shortages, excess, or mismatched components during production. Generate BOM-related reports for purchase and production planning. Prepare supporting documentation such as part lists, cutting lists, and assembly details. Verify that all hardware and accessories comply with client and brand specifications.

Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, or furniture manufacturing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems . Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
