We are seeking an experienced

Site Incharge (Electrical)

to manage and supervise electrical site operations, manpower, and coordination with clients to ensure smooth and safe execution of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities Manage electricians and technical manpower at site Coordinate with client engineers and internal teams Ensure electrical works are executed as per standards and safety norms Maintain site records such as attendance, OT, and daily work reports Monitor material usage and report requirements Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies Handle on-site technical and manpower-related issues

Requirements:

Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering 2-4 years of experience as Site Incharge / Electrical Supervisor Knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and safety practices Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Good communication and leadership skills
