Boiler Operator
Job Description
1.) TO Maintain all equipment /machine in running condition at all times.2.) To monitor, recommend and record spare part inventory for equipment ownership given by department head.3.) To perform critical and non-critical work order requests.4.) To follow maintenance and standard operating procedures and run the utilities accordingly.5.) To monitor and analyze the process control parameters to have better checks on utility equipment specially for boiler and PNG Gas system.6.) To follow preventive maintenance schedule and accomplish them for all equipment.7.) To facilitate in maintaining records, log books of utilities as per the procedures.8.) To attend training programme as nominated by department head.9.) To maintain GDP and GMP guidelines of the plant.10.) To perform housekeeping on all utility equipment and machines.11.) To maintain 6S and EMS in the salt room, PNG GAS station and Boiler area.12.) To give suggestions and kaizens for their designated area for continual improvement.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
