Job Title: Boiler Operator
Location: Motipur in Muzaffarpur in Bihar
Salary: Up to ?25,000 per month

Candidate Preference: Applicants from outside Bihar are preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and safety-focused Boiler Operator for our manufacturing plant in Bihar. Candidates with basic technical knowledge of boiler operations and a willingness to work in an industrial environment are encouraged to apply. Outsider candidates (non-Bihar residents) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the boiler during assigned shifts Maintain steam pressure, temperature, and water levels Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance Record daily logs and report abnormalities Ensure compliance with all boiler and safety regulations Coordinate with maintenance and production teams Follow emergency procedures and safety standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade 2 years atleast of boiler operation experience Basic understanding of steam and boiler systems Ability to work in long or rotating shifts Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications:

Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st Class/2nd Class) preferred Experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant
