Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and certified
1st Class Boiler Operator
to manage, operate, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related equipment. The operator will ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations as per statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain
high-pressure boilers
, thermic fluid heaters, and related utility equipment.
Monitor boiler parameters, temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and overall performance.
Ensure
safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling
of boilers.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Maintain logbooks, operation records, and ensure compliance with boiler regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
Ensure proper water treatment, blowdown, fuel handling, and efficiency optimization.
Comply with
Factory Act

, and all safety protocols.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of steam boilers and high-pressure operations.
Ability to identify faults and take corrective action immediately.
Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency handling.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor

and auxiliary equipment.
Assist in daily boiler operations, water level checks, pressure monitoring, and routine maintenance.
Record operational data in logbooks and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure safe operation of boilers as per standard procedures.
Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling under supervision.
Support maintenance team in basic servicing and troubleshooting.
Follow safety rules and comply with statutory boiler guidelines.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of boiler operations and safety regulations.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain operational logs.
Good understanding of fuel handling, water quality checks, and routine maintenance.
