Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently Start up, shut down, and control boiler operations as per standard procedures Maintain required steam pressure and temperature for production Monitor water levels, fuel supply, and boiler parameters Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of boiler equipment Identify and report any abnormalities, leaks, or safety issues immediately Maintain boiler logbooks and operational records Follow safety guidelines, statutory norms, and company SOPs Coordinate with maintenance and production teams as required

Job Requirements:

Boiler Operator Certificate (as per state boiler regulations)

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial boiler operation (manufacturing preferred) Knowledge of fire safety and boiler safety procedures Physically fit and alert during duty hours Willing to work in shifts if required

Preferred Skills:

Experience with steam boilers (solid fuel / oil / gas - specify if needed) Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
