Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor (

Experience Required in Thermax boiler 10/20 tone) moving grate / reciprocating boilers

and

thermic fluid heater systems

. Maintain continuous and safe steam/heat supply for plant operations. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for boilers, pumps, burners, auxiliaries, steam & thermic fluid distribution system. Feedwater treatment, and blowdown procedures to prevent corrosion and scaling. Maintain daily log sheets, maintenance records, and statutory documentation. Ensure compliance with Boiler Act, IBR rules, pollution board requirements, and safety standards. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations. Supervise boiler operators, helpers, and maintenance technicians. Handle emergency shutdowns and safety protocols.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
