Job Summary

Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc. Regular Preventive maintenance of customers Boiler unit breakdown calls to be attended Suitable in either of the following: Boiler Service, Burner Service or Mechanical components like Pump and Blower Service

Responsibilities and Duties

Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions. Submitting service reports & recommending required Spares Trouble shooting under guidance Spares enquiry generation and business development Ability to take AMCs for the equipment

Qualifications and Skills

Education: ITI or Diploma No Engineering*
Previous job experience: Service of any mechanical Industrial equipment Technical skills: Hands on experience in servicing

Area Coverage:

Service Engineer stationed in Chennai: Customer coverage from South Chennai to Chengalpet and till Thindivanam. Service Engineer stationed in Pondicherry: Thindivanam, Puducherry, and Cuddalore.

Equipment Details:

Non IBR and IBR Boilers less than 8 tons per hour steam Thermic Fluid Heater and Hot Water Genrators less than 30 Lakh KCal Fuel: Oil, Gas and Solid Fired like Wood / Briquette
