& Areas of Responsibility: Assist in Installation & Commissioning Operate and maintain high and low-pressure boilers Perform compression and safety tests Water sampling and treatment Carry out preventative maintenance Perform pipe repairs Replace worn parts as required Maintenance of Housekeeping equipment Daily Manpower handling Implementation of 5S Strictly Responsible for the Safety of the workmen working in the Boiler Department. Identify Quarantine Area Implement Quarantine and disposal mechanism. Repaired defective gasket and seals on various equipment. Used Replaced pumps, gaskets, and motors. Worked knowledge of air compressors, water softeners, return water, and condensate systems. Wrote and revise SOPs, PM cards, and Forms to maintain up to date and accurately reflect the current procedures. Kept all plant systems and manufacturing equipment operating efficiently and well maintained. Kept records of all chemical transactions for feed water softener. Maintained daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work Repaired or replaced defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Job Competencies Skills: Gas Safe registered Welding experience a plus Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation Physical stamina Attitude: Problem solving, methodical and Rational Approach, team-oriented approach Qualification and Age: Completion of an apprenticeship or training programme, Certification Course of Boiler Attendant First Class / IInd Class Experience & industry other important requirements: 8 to 10 yrs.
