Job Title : Bogie Validation Engineer
Purpose of the Job
Verify that the product meets all the requirements.
Ensures the construction and implementation of the integration and validation plan in accordance with the project requirements He ensures for the constitution of the certification document

• Compliance with the verification of requirements and validation of performance
• Implementation planning
• Passage of the V&V Design Review
• Passage of the Gates review
• Test budget

Responsibilities
Checks that the product complies with all customer and regulatory requirements.
Ensures the creation of the Integration and Validation Plan for the bogie in accordance with customer requirements (verification phase)
It will be based on the requirements of Customers/R&S/Bogie/Brake/Traction and suppliers
He/She will build the planning and budget in line with the project's DFQ
He/She will propose the Make or Buy plan to the project
He/She leads the implementation of the plan in accordance with the schedule and budget
He/She ensures reporting to the project
He/She coordinates the feedback of the results (Minutes flash, complete Minute of meeting)
He/She consolidates the certification file
He/She follows the schedule and proposes actions if necessary
It proposes, together with PrEM and the poles, the expertise and correction plan in the event of a negative result
It ensures REX towards the generic integration and validation plan and more generally it is integrated into the business improvement plan
Job Specifications
Knowledge & Experience:
Testing engineering training, Mechanical (superior training)
Testbench or commissioning experiment
Project experiment, using DOORS/ requirement software
Technical skills
Good capacity of synthesis Analytic approach
Bogie knowledge
One pole knowledge, Dynamic, RAMS, brake
Behavioural skills
Ability to communicate,persuade and understand cross functional teams
Demonstrate Agility, Inclusiveness and Responsibility
Exhibit good communications and presentation skills
Patiently handle escalations and show case far sightedness
