Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Translate customer needs and market trends into technical specifications for body system features. Participate in discussions with OEMs to align and finalize system requirements. Oversee the development and validation of Body Control Modules (BCMs). Collaborate with engineering, software, vehicle integration, and manufacturing teams to ensure system-level performance and quality.

Required Skill Set:

In-depth knowledge of body systems including central locking, anti-theft systems, power windows, lighting, and comfort/convenience features. Expertise in the architecture and integration of Body Control Modules (BCMs). Experience in modeling, simulation, and validation of body systems using tools like MATLAB/Simulink. Familiarity with system-level testing including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation. Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity standards applicable to chassis/body systems. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations. * Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in requirement management and technical reporting.
