Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

BodyShop Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our Kakkanad workshop. The ideal candidate will manage technicians, ensure timely and high-quality repair work, maintain productivity standards, and uphold safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all activities in the BodyShop, including repair, painting, and finishing work. Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion. Inspect and ensure quality of repair and paint jobs before vehicle delivery. Maintain proper records of job cards, materials used, and labor hours. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the parts department for required materials. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards within the workshop. Train and guide team members to maintain productivity and quality standards. Liaise with the service advisor and customers to ensure satisfaction with repair work.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a BodyShop or automobile workshop supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair, painting, and finishing processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple jobs and manage a team effectively. Must be a

based in or willing to relocate to Kakkanad.

Compensation & Benefits
