To manage and oversee the two-wheeler bodyshop operations, ensuring high-quality accident repair, painting, denting, and finishing work while achieving customer satisfaction, insurance coordination, cost control, and timely vehicle delivery.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily bodyshop operations including denting, painting, polishing, and washing.
Ensure timely completion of accident repair jobs as per committed delivery timelines.
Maintain quality standards as per OEM and dealership guidelines.
Monitor job cards, work progress, and final inspections before vehicle delivery.
Insurance & Accident Repairs
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, survey, and approvals.
Ensure accurate documentation for insurance claims, estimates, and billing.
Minimize claim rejections and delays by maintaining compliance with insurer requirements.
Customer Handling
Interact with customers regarding accident repair estimates, timelines, and approvals.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).
Conduct final vehicle delivery explanation and obtain customer feedback.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate bodyshop staff including denters, painters, helpers, and washers.
Allocate work efficiently and monitor productivity and efficiency of technicians.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and skill development of bodyshop employees.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor bodyshop spare parts, paint materials, consumables, and tools.
Control rework, paint wastage, and material costs.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of bodyshop equipment and tools.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety standards, use of PPE, and housekeeping in the bodyshop area.
Ensure compliance with OEM, insurance, and statutory safety norms.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on productivity, insurance claims, revenue, and pendency.
Track KPIs such as TAT, repeat repairs, CSI, and profitability of bodyshop operations.

Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or relevant field.
Experience
4-7 years of experience in two-wheeler bodyshop or accident repair operations.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
