Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control. Supervise a team of technicians, mechanics, and other staff members. Ensure the highest standards of service and safety are met. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including equipment, tools, and personnel. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to assess damage and provide estimates for repairs. Coordinate with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process. Maintain and enforce company policies regarding quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and parts; place orders when necessary. Provide guidance and training to junior staff and technicians. Handle customer complaints or concerns and work to resolve issues promptly. Prepare and manage the shop's budget and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency.
