Allocate daily work to technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain workflow, productivity, and turnaround time.
Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
Ensure workshop safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Experience in automobile body shop operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of repair processes, denting, and painting.
