As a Bodyshop Advisor at Triumph Hyundai Service Center, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair or maintenance services. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers visiting the body shop.
Inspect vehicles for damage and provide accurate repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Communicate repair updates and address customer concerns effectively.
Maintain detailed records of service history and repair orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends and automotive advancements.
Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor in automobile.
