Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding bodyshop repairs and insurance claims.
Inspect vehicles, understand customer concerns, and prepare accurate job cards and repair estimates.
Coordinate with insurance companies for survey, approvals, and claim settlements.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers on repair status and delivery schedules.
Liaise with bodyshop technicians, painters, and internal teams to ensure quality repairs.
Maintain proper documentation related to job cards, insurance papers, and invoices.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional service and resolving complaints effectively.
Adhere to Kia and company service standards at all times.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor in an automobile dealership.
Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes and insurance handling.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with dealer management systems is an advantage.
