Position: Bodyshop Advisor
Location: Payyanur
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for bodyshop customers, ensuring clear communication on repair needs and timelines.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, job cards, and insurance-related documentation.
Supervise & coordinate with technicians to ensure high-quality repair and timely delivery.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention through professional advisory and follow-up.
Monitor bodyshop performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
