We are seeking a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable
BodyShop Advisor
to join our team in Wadakkanchery. The candidate will act as a link between customers and the workshop, ensuring accurate job estimation, effective coordination, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job estimates, including labor, materials, and parts.
Explain repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers clearly and professionally.
Coordinate with the BodyShop Supervisor and technicians to ensure timely job completion.
Monitor repair progress and update customers on job status.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation, job cards, and billing records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a BodyShop Advisor or in a similar automotive service role. (freshers can also apply)
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and painting processes.
Excellent communication, customer handling, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer-based job card systems and MS Office.
Must be a
male candidate
residing in or willing to relocate to Wadakkanchery.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹14,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience).
