Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and inspect vehicles for accident/repair requirements
Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and explain work scope to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repair and quality work
Handle insurance claims, surveyor coordination, and documentation
Update customers on repair status and delivery timelines
Ensure customer satisfaction at vehicle delivery
Maintain records as per Maruti Suzuki standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Male candidates only
Minimum
1-3 years experience
as Bodyshop Advisor / Service Advisor (Maruti Suzuki preferred)
Good knowledge of accident repairs and insurance processes
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (DMS experience preferred)
Valid driving license preferred
