B&P repair cost estimations according the manufacturer standard to all kinds of customers, also to insurance companies and to their experts.
Utilize available working tools such as Corporate systems, DMS, cost estimation systems.
Manage customer feedback that includes the organization of an efficient complaint management process according to Jeep standards.
3 years Bodyshop experience preferred
Technically competent, with ability to understand customer needs and requirements
