We are hiring a

Bodyshop Advisor

to handle accident repair jobs, insurance claims, and customer coordination at Incheon Kia Palakkad.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers for accident/insurance repairs. Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals. Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience as Bodyshop/Service Advisor. Strong knowledge of accident repair & insurance claim handling. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to coordinate with technicians and ensure quality work.
