Job Description

The ideal candidate must have Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers, Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

Customer interaction:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide a professional and positive experience.

Initial inspection and estimation:

Conduct a visual inspection of damaged vehicles, document the damage, and provide customers with a clear cost and time estimate for the repair.

Repair planning:

Translate customer needs into detailed work orders for technicians and explain the repair plan, including options, costs, and timelines.

Process coordination:

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available and monitor the progress of the repair work.

Insurance claims:

Act as the point of contact between the customer, insurance company, and repairers, including preparing and submitting necessary documents for claims.

Customer communication:

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's repair, including any unexpected delays or additional repairs needed.

Quality control:

Perform a final quality check on the completed work to ensure it meets manufacturer and customer standards before delivery.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle repair history.

Qualifications

Automobile Engineering ITI Or Diploma in Automobile Location- Parvat Patia Exp- Fresh or Experience both Timing- 9.30-8 pm 9824111775 salary upto 20000
