We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to manage vehicle repair inquiries, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and assess vehicle body repair requirements
Prepare repair estimates and explain costs, timelines, and procedures
Coordinate with technicians and insurance companies
Ensure timely updates to customers on repair status
Maintain accurate job cards and documentation
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
Follow company policies and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
