Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle accident repair enquiries.

Keep customers updated on repair progress.
Ensure quality standards and smooth handover of repaired vehicles.
Requirements:
Experience as a Bodyshop/Service Advisor (preferred).
Knowledge of accident repair & insurance claim processes.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
