To coordinate with JC for service after the customers prior approval on estimate only. To inform customers about the additional jobs, cost involved and proceed after prior approval only. To ensure that all demanded jobs by customers are completed on time & within estimated cost, with best repair quality. To exceed customers' expectations and resolve queries. To achieve the set business targets in terms of parts selling, labour billing, VAS, tyres, batteries, ATW, RSA. To attend to the minimum number of customers/cars per day as per the dealership norms. Sell ESS(exclusive service contract) Maintain all reports necessary as per the dealership. To achieve the set qualities targets in terms of complaint incidence, PSF score, Zero repeat repair etc
