Greet and assist customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs and body-related services.
Inspect damaged heavy vehicles, prepare preliminary damage reports, and explain repair needs to customers.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals, documentation, and settlement.
Provide accurate repair estimates (labour & parts) and obtain customer approval before initiating work.
Plan and schedule repairs in line with workshop capacity and promised delivery times.
Regularly update customers on repair status and timelines.
Ensure adherence to Tata Motors' service quality standards and guidelines.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery to customers.
Maintain proper job cards, estimates, invoices, and customer communication records.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Support the bodyshop team in achieving monthly revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
