Hiring: Bodyshop Advisor - Poddar Mahindra Authorized Workshop

Bodyshop Advisor

Experience Required:

1-5 years (Automobile / Bodyshop)

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Key Responsibilities

Attend customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs, denting, and painting jobs Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals Open job cards, explain repair scope, and obtain customer approval Follow up on parts availability and repair progress Ensure timely delivery with proper quality checks Maintain customer satisfaction and manage bodyshop workflow

Requirements

Experience in bodyshop / service advisory (Mahindra or other OEM preferred) Knowledge of accident repair processes, insurance claim procedures Strong communication & customer-handling skills Ability to coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts team Basic DMS / computer knowledge
