Job Description

Damage Assessment:

Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and plan the repair process.

Metal Repair:

Remove dents, straighten, cut, and fabricate body panels and sheet metal using tools like dollies, hammers, and welding equipment.

Panel & Glass Replacement:

Replace damaged body panels, trim, and glass (like windshields and windows).

Filling & Sanding:

Fill holes and dents with body fillers, then sand and file the repaired surfaces smooth.

Painting:

Mix paint to match existing shades, apply primers, and finish with topcoats using spray guns, followed by rubbing down surfaces between coats.

Rust Treatment:

Apply rust-proofing chemicals to protect repaired areas.

Equipment Maintenance:

Inform managers of equipment breakdowns and perform routine maintenance to ensure tools and machinery are in working order.

Quality & Safety:

Participate in safety meetings and ensure that all repairs meet the shop's quality standards.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
