Experience Required:

5 to 8 years

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree / B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the Bodyshop division. Oversee accident repairs, denting & painting processes to ensure quality standards. Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for claim processes. Monitor job cards, productivity, cycle time and turnaround time (TAT). Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory of consumables, tools, and equipment. Train, motivate, and supervise technicians, painters, and bodyshop staff. Implement Maruti Suzuki guidelines, safety protocols, and 5S standards. Achieve business targets, revenue goals, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of body repairs and refinishing processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to manage workflow and deliver quality service under deadlines. Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
