Position: Bodyshop Incharge - Automobile

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop department Supervise and guide technicians & advisors Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery Manage workflow, job allocation & performance tracking Handle customer queries and maintain satisfaction Monitor spare parts usage & inventory Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals Report department performance to management
Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience in bodyshop operations Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of repair processes & insurance procedures Excellent communication & customer-handling ability
