Job Description
To oversee and manage the complete operations of the two-wheeler body shop, ensuring high-quality repair work, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between technicians, insurance executives, and other departments.
Greet and engage customers for body repair jobs.
Provide accurate estimates, repair timelines, and explanations of required work.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule follow-ups and keep customers informed of job progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
