Job Description

The Bodyshop Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the bodyshop department. They are responsible for overseeing the vehicle repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technicians, insurance companies, and parts departments. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and excellent organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in person or via insurance claims. Prepare repair estimates and explain processes and timelines to customers. Serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair process. Schedule and monitor vehicle repairs to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and insurance adjusters. Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and communications. Perform quality checks on completed repairs before vehicle delivery. Handle payments and ensure documentation is properly filed. Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction.
