We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented

Bodyshop Advisor

to manage customer interactions and ensure seamless operations in our bodyshop department. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle repair needs, and providing detailed estimates for repairs and services. The advisor will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs, keep customers updated on the progress, and address any concerns promptly. Additionally, the role includes documenting repair details, managing insurance claims when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Strong communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, and a focus on customer service are essential for success in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
