Job Description
Greet customers and understand their vehicle repair needs.
Inspect damaged vehicles and record repair requirements.
Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and coordinate with the insurance surveyor.
Communicate repair status updates to customers.
Coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs and delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups.
Maintain proper documentation and job records.
Support senior advisors in daily operations and learn workshop procedures.
