Ensure complete documentation of development programs within RD systems and participate in E/E concept tests, design reviews, and sample testing.
Manage suppliers across E-level and Q-level, leading development and production issue resolution for both in-house and purchased parts, including EVS support for localized ranges.
Create and coordinate change requests for component modifications in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Define test concepts and specifications for components and coordinate component test activities at Mercedes-Benz facilities.
Lead defect management activities for ECUs and report component-specific topics in carline committees and stakeholder forums.
Execute component releases, coordinate ECU diagnostics for plants, aftersales, and prototype shops, and manage ECU coding or system coding activities.
Plan and manage samples (vehicles, boards, S-HIL, C-HIL, etc.) and coordinate plant logistics, including ordering after blank release.
Support the creation and release of test and commissioning regulations (PIV) for components.
